Pricing

Straightforward rates. No surprises. You'll always know what you're paying before we start.

Flat-rate project pricing

For bigger jobs, we quote a flat rate upfront — so you know exactly what it'll cost before we start.

Why flat rates for projects?

Hours can quickly add up. Projects can hit snags. With a flat rate, you're protected from the unexpected — the price is the price, regardless of how long the work takes.

Frequently asked questions

How much does tech support cost?

It's $100 per hour for both in-home and remote support. Well-defined projects — a custom PC build, a website, or a security-camera install — can be quoted at a single flat rate up front.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing?

Yes. For defined projects we agree on one flat price before any work starts, so the cost is settled in advance.

Do you charge for travel?

There's no travel fee across Manhattan and most of NYC. A small travel surcharge applies only to in-person visits to Staten Island or Long Island, and we tell you the exact amount when you book.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You'll know the hourly rate or the flat project price before we begin — no surprises on the bill.
