Grid City Tech is based on Manhattan's East Side, with most of our in-home work happening across Manhattan — from the Upper East and Upper West Sides through Midtown down to Lower Manhattan. Same-day appointments are usually available throughout Manhattan; next-day appointments are common in the outer boroughs and on Long Island.

Upper East Side
Our home base. Most of our in-home visits happen here — co-ops and rentals from the 60s up to East 96th.
Lenox Hill
The middle of the UES. Older co-op buildings on Park, Madison, and 3rd, plus a lot of long-term residents and repeat clients.
Yorkville
From Carnegie Hill down to the upper 80s. Multi-device households, small offices on 86th and 2nd, mixed Mac and PC.
Sutton Place
Quieter East Side blocks. We do a lot of one-on-one coaching and security work for longtime residents who'd rather have help in person.
Turtle Bay
East of Grand Central. Co-ops, rentals, and small offices that often need careful network and security setup.
Beekman Place
Small, quiet pocket near the East River. Home Wi-Fi, AV systems, and dedicated home-office setups.
Murray Hill
From office-dense southern blocks up to the residential streets above 34th. New-grad apartments, work-from-home setups, and steady small-business support.
Midtown Manhattan
Both home and small-business work. Conference-room AV, new device setup, network upgrades, and after-hours service when offices are quiet.
Manhattan beyond the East Side
We work throughout Manhattan — usually scheduled visits with a bit more lead time. If you're somewhere not listed below, just ask.
Outer boroughs & Long Island
In-home visits are available throughout the outer boroughs and on Long Island, by appointment. A small travel surcharge may apply — exact amount depends on the location and is confirmed before booking.

If it's easier than scheduling a home visit, you're welcome to come to our by-appointment workspace on the Upper East Side.
Common uses: dropping off a laptop or desktop for diagnostics or repair, picking up a freshly-set-up new computer or finished custom build, or a quick consultation about a tricky issue. We coordinate the time before you arrive so you're not waiting around.
It's a private, by-appointment space — not a walk-in storefront. Address and access details go out once we've confirmed your visit.
Remote support — anywhere
Most software, account, and configuration issues can be resolved remotely. If you're outside the city or just want fast help without scheduling an in-home visit, remote support is the same hourly rate and available anywhere.
